The staff can meet you in the airport, at the railway station or at the bus terminal. 

The price of the airport meeting is 33.5$ or 25€.

The price of the railway station or bus terminal meeting is 17$ or 12.5€.

The other back up service is washing (clothes) in the washing machine: 3.5$ or 2.5€ per one loading. 

You can keep your valuable things in the locked box.

You will get the keys from the hostel on security of 7$ or 5€. When you return the keys the administrator gives back the money to you.
